Youth Symphonic Band, Macau Youth Symphony Orchestra (Junior), Pooi To
Symphonic Band and Keang Ping School Band. |
Leong
Pui Long, who graduated in Institute Salesiano ， has joined the band
of the school during his school life. After he has graduated, he helped to
arrange the band as an amateur. Since 1992, He has been invited to be the conductor
and teacher of the band, by the Macau Pooi To Symphonic Band. In 1997, He established
Macau Band Director Association and Macau Youth Symphonic Band with his coworkers,
and occupied the position of vice president. In 1998, he led Macau Youth Symphonic
Band, which was under Macau Band Director Association, to attend international
wind instrument festival of Chiayi in Taiwan. In 2002, He again led the band
to attend the 12th Conference of Asian and Pacific Band Directors Associationin
Guangzhou.
